Do Diet Pills Really Result in You to Slim down?

Have you ever wondered about this... if a diet pill says it's the Solution to you being able to lose weight, why do they also insist that you need to eat a wholesome well ballanced moderate diet besides taking their pills? Hmm...

This a thought. Maybe the birth control pill works and maybe it doesn't. But if you act like you eat a well-balanced low-calorie diet, you will likely lose weight anyway... so then how will you know if it was the diet pill or the smaller amount of food? Sneaky, huh?

And have you actually tried to return a bottle of the pills and called for a return? While some companies may do refunds in order to keep their brand in a good light, any company could deny your refund IF you didn't also follow their suggested eating plan or IF you didn't want to prove that you do as they instructed.

Yet before you try to plead ignorance or fold over backwards to try to prove things to them, you might as well save your time because they alerted you all of this upfront... almost all of that they can probably legally loopholed away of in the huge amount phenq of incredibly fine printing that is on the package insert that you can't even read until you buy the pills and get them home to open the box. You lose either way.

Personally I might never take a diet pill. I don't want to be putting unfamiliar chemicals and foreign elements in my body, relying on some known or unknown company to explain to me that whatever it contains is correctly safe for me (remember the Phen Fen debacle of years ago, and the long string of other products which have caused problems in more recent times? )

Plus while I would never advocate taking diet pills, for the people who insist on it here's where I see the real benefit. If you are paying (big bucks likely) to take the pills, you will be inclined to follow the directions provided and do just as they say. If the capsule is the motivator for sticking to a healthy eating plan, then it can be worth it for you.

My personal recommendation should be to stay away from diet pills in any every form. Find a a well ballanced diet plan that YOU can stick with. Either get the family involved to lose weight and get healthy as a group or get a weight loss friend for accountability and motivation.

Instead of spending extra money on diet pills, why not spend additional money on healthier food? Buy leaner cuts or varieties of meat, start using essential olive oil rather than corn oil, in order to whole wheat products rather than the conventional sophisticated white flour ones, etc. These alternatives tend to be skipped over as being more expensive... which they are.

Nevertheless if you were going to spend the money on diet pills in any case, just redirect those money to buying some better and more healthy food for you and your family. You, your midsection and your heart will be glad you performed!
